Micromax has silently released two new Android tablets in the Indian
market. Available now at various e-retailers, the new Funbook Ultra HD
P580 and Canvas Tab P650E are entry-level devices and come with basic
specifications.
Let us talk about Funbook Ultra HD P580 first, the tablet packs 7.8-inch 720p HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.2.2 and 5MP rear camera. Funbook Ultra HD also comes with 2MP front camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and microSD card slot.
In addition, the device features 3G support, 3600 mAh battery, Wi-Fi and other usual connectivity options. It has been priced at INR 11,990.
On the other hand, Canvas Tab P650E is a CDMA slate and comes with 7-inch display of unknown resolution, 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 512MB of RAM. The tablet also packs 4GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 2MP rear camera and VGA front camera.
Other specs include 3000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and obsolete Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The tablet is being sold at INR 8,999.
